Privacy & service information
Who we are
RASA Group is the trading name of Inigo Fanel Ramadan Asan, a UK sole trader providing education recruitment and application support. For preview support, email partnerships@rasagroup.co.uk. The final contact and privacy information will be completed before live collection begins.
Your account agreement is in the separate Terms & Conditions. A copy of the terms accepted at registration is kept with your account.
How we help
We aim to help you explore suitable courses, prepare an application and keep track of its progress. Our application support is intended to be free to students. We may receive commission from a recruitment partner or institution when a student enrols and the agreement’s conditions are met. Tuition, deposits, travel, testing and other third-party costs are separate.
Admission, funding, scholarships and visas are decided by the relevant organisations. RASA Group does not guarantee those outcomes and does not provide personalised immigration legal advice.
Information collected in this preview
Signing in supplies an account identifier and email. If you use the private test forms, the service stores your entered profile, education, nationality, residence history, immigration status, funding preferences, application choices, uploaded test documents, messages, privacy acknowledgement, the accepted account-terms version and timestamp, and activity history. Do not enter passport numbers, financial records or real applicant documents while the service remains a preview.
How the application service is intended to use information
The final service will use necessary information to respond to an enquiry, assess possible study routes, prepare an agreed application, communicate progress and keep operational records. Optional marketing permission is separate from service communications. Declining marketing will not prevent application support.
Photos and document checks
Your optional profile photo is cropped and re-encoded on your device before upload. The browser checks document photos for possible blur, poor lighting and low resolution. These are readability hints, not proof of identity, document authenticity or a malware scan. PDFs require manual page review. Quality hints and your visual-review acknowledgement can be saved with an upload.
Where relevant, a share code, its generation date and your date of birth can be saved so authorised staff can check your status using GOV.UK. A recorded official check is separate from self-declared status and browser checks. The optional Verilock connection is installed but switched off pending provider setup and review. No identity documents are sent to it in this preview. When enabled, you can separately consent to its hosted document, selfie, face-match and liveness check, or choose manual review instead. RASA will retrieve identity details to compare with your profile and store a minimal result, consent record and provider reference, without copying the provider’s ID images, document numbers or selfie into this integration. You can withdraw optional check consent in your account; staff will review provider deletion. Withdrawal does not automatically erase data already supplied. Provider retention, data locations, processor terms and an impact assessment must be settled before live use.
Removing a profile photo hides it from the account. It is not a request to erase all stored copies; contact RASA for deletion. Retention and full deletion procedures must be completed before live document collection.
Sharing with recruitment partners
Adventus.io and ApplyBoard are prospective partners; no approved partnership is represented in this preview. Applicant information must only be shared after an appropriate agreement, privacy disclosure, transfer safeguards where needed, and a confirmed application route are in place.
Storage and access
The preview uses private account access, a structured database, private document storage and access checks on protected actions. Document download links require an authorised signed-in account. Uploads are versioned. The team keeps a history of document reviews and application status changes.
Retention periods, subprocessors, data locations, international-transfer arrangements and the lawful basis for each live activity will be documented before launch. This draft does not claim legal compliance or a completed security assessment.
Your choices and requests
You can edit your profile, export the information available in your applicant portal, and send a portal message requesting access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of optional marketing permission. Some records may need to be retained for a lawful purpose; the final notice will explain the relevant periods and rights.
If a data-protection concern is unresolved, you can find information about raising it with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Cookies and tracking
This preview uses the sign-in functionality needed to protect your account. No advertising pixels or third-party analytics have been added. Campaign codes on a link can be recorded with a submitted profile so we can understand the source of an enquiry.
Complaints and feedback
During private testing, use a portal message to raise a concern. A monitored public complaints channel, response times, and escalation procedure will be published before launch.
